FitClub is proud to offer our members TRX Group Personal Training at FitClub South! TRX is a group personal training program that will help you push your limits and exceed your goals! TRX is a functional training workout that incorporates kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, ropes, and TRX Suspension loops, and other fun tools to get you in the best shape of your life. As you work through each session, you and your fellow participants will push each other to accomplish more than you ever could on your own. TRX is a new style of exercise, and each member is required to complete an orientation before participating.

Our TRX Training is for everyone! Many of the exercises used in TRX training use only your bodyweight for resistance, and everyone can control their amount of resistance simply by moving closer to or farther away from the TRX tower. We offer 3 different styles of sessions that are designed to challenge participants of all levels: Body Blast, Circuit, and Raw.
