FitClub West is all about you! This 38,000 square foot facility is equipped with some of the best equipment and amenities in the industry, but it is our committment to customer service that truly sets us apart. We want to equip every one of our members with all the tools they need to reach their fitness goals, and we have some of the best trainers in the industry who are here to help you succeed. Our facility is equipped with a huge selection of freeweights, cardio equipment, and selectorized machines,  a lap pool, 2 jaccuzzis, a walking/running track, and we have one of the largest and busiest group exercise studios in the entire midwest. We have over 70 complimentary group exercise classes every week for our members to choose from, and we have many of the best instructors in town! FitClub West specializes in personal training, using the dotFIT program and the exerspy to help our members reach their goals in the safest, smartest, and fastest way possible. To augment our traditional personal training, we also have the incredible Art of Strength group personal training program. Art of Strength is a group functional training workout unlike anything else out there, and will give you the best workout of your life, guaranteed!

 

When you join FItClub West, we make sure that you have all the education and resources you need to achieve real, lasting results. Your NASM-certified personal trainer will work with you to help assess your current fitness level, set you up on the dotFIT nutritional website, help you establish realistic and meaningful goals, and make sure you are equipped with the knowledge and  support you need to stay on  track. Monthly goal reassessments are free, and are a great way for you to track your progress and stay motivated. We also strongly encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary Art of Strength orientation and free trial, so that you can experience the amazing benefits of functional exercise and the uniquely addictive programming that Art of Strength offers. It's fun, it's effective, and best of all, it will teach you how to work out in ways that directly improve your quality of life.

24 Hours: 5:30am Monday-11:00pm Friday

Saturday: 5:00am-8:00pm

Sunday: 7:00am-8:00pm

 

Kids' Clubhouse Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm & 4:00pm-8:30pm

Satuday: 8:00am-1:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am-12:00pm & 3:00pm-6:00pm
